Hi, I’m Liang! Nan Yang Delight is my way of preserving my family’s story through the flavors I grew up with in Melaka. Inspired by my grandfather’s kopitiam and the rich mix of cultures in Malaysia, I’m bringing a little piece of that heritage to LA—one jar at a time.
